Subscription Terms

Effective date: 28 July 2026

1. Plans

Ting & Things may offer monthly and annual premium subscriptions. At launch, the intended UK prices are £5.99 monthly and £59.99 annually, subject to the final price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Free trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial where shown on the purchase screen. Eligibility is determined by the relevant app store. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown at checkout.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or within any different period stated by the applicable store. Your store account is charged according to its terms.

4. Managing or cancelling

Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Ting & Things account does not by itself cancel the subscription.

5. Refunds

Apple or Google processes payments and normally decides refund requests. You can request a refund through the store where you purchased. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

6. Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. The store will provide any notice or consent required by its rules or applicable law.

7. Access and restoration

RevenueCat helps us verify subscription entitlement. Use the in-app “Restore Purchases” option when available. Access may take a short time to update after a store transaction.
